Junior High School: Awards & Honors
THANK YOU!!

To everyone who has helped as a coach,
an official, scorekeeper, clock operator, libero tracker, line
judge, announcer, spotter, member of the chain gang, gate keeper,
field event worker, timer, computer operator, medal distributor, or
hospitality worker — I would like to share this award as Kansas Middle School Athletic
Director of the Year from the Kansas Interscholastic
Athletic Administrators Association. It has been with the help of a
lot of people that we have been able to host various events,
regularly scheduled or post season. I am stepping down from the
Athletic Director’s position after twelve years and going back into
the classroom full time. BUT, you will still see me at events!
THANK YOU to students, school
employees, and community people that have made my job easier by
volunteering for the various positions when I needed workers in
order to host events. You are truly appreciated for the time you
gave. There are two sayings that I remember my mom saying: “Do your
best at all times” and “Never leave to do tomorrow what you can do
today” which might explain why I do things the way I do.
THANKS again and remember that you
are still needed even though it will be someone else doing the
asking!!!
THANK YOU!!
