TRIBE Expectations
November 28, 2011
On Thursday, November 17, students and staff rolled out the new Positive Behavior program. The students went to the different areas of the school where staff members modeled and explained what the TRIBE expectations are in each area. Mrs. Tschanz and Mrs. Kowalke presented the expectations for the restrooms. Library expectations were shared by Mrs. Shogren. The cafeteria expectations were shared by Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Lambert, and Mrs. Brown. Since it was a cold and windy day, Mr. Ploger did the playground session in the vocal room. Hallway and all settings expectations were presented by the homeroom teachers. In the gym, Ms. Amerin modeled assembly expectations and TRIBE t-shirts were passed out to the students. The shirts were distributed by Jill Hill, USD 507 board president, Matt Lee, Centera Bank president, and Troy Briggs, Haskell County Sheriff. When it was time for students to change stations, Mrs. Roths played an Indian chant on her trombone.
