Stephanie Anton was recognized with the SPIAA Lifetime Service Award at the league basketball tournament for her years of service on the USD 507 Board of Education!

Our preschool classes have been learning about community helpers. Officer Tiffany visited today to show our students how police officers help in our community.
Due to poor visibility, USD 507 will have a late start today (1-30). Classes begin at 10 a.m. No morning preschool. The girls basketball team should report at 9:30.

Our kindergarteners have been learning about Native American tribes. They created these charts to show what they have learned!

3rd, 4th, and 5th graders made snow sleds! We sled them down a “snow ramp” to see which group would slide the farthest!


We have been exploring polar animals from the arctic this week in Elementary Explorations! We made Polar Bear dens in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades.
We made igloos in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.




The Haskell County Spelling Bee will be held on Wednesday, February 12, at 1:30 p.m. in the Sublette High School Auditorium.

All stakeholders are invited to a site council meeting tonight at 5:30 in the SHS library to learn about our new Leader in Me program and the school improvement process.

Satanta Grade School is proud to recognize these students who had perfect attendance for the 2nd quarter!

Congratulations to our SGS spelling bee participants! The top three spellers will represent SGS at the county bee. Grayson placed 1st (for the second year in a row); Marco placed 2nd; Natalie placed 3rd; and Hunter is the alternate.
