In June, the SGS library suffered a water leak. Putting it back together has definitely been a collective effort. Thank you to Luisa, Mayra, Lori, Brent, Leanne, Moriah, Ed, Clay, James, Shane, Terri, Garrett, Ryan, and Suzie for all of your hard work clearing the room and putting it back together. A special thanks to Suzie whose expertise ensured that our library is organized, functional, and welcoming. We can't wait to open our doors to students in just a couple of weeks!
USD 507 Board of Education will hold a policy committee meeting at 6:30 p.m. and a BOE meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 11.

SGS Jump Start summer school is next week from 9 to 11 a.m., Monday through Friday. Students can enter through the front doors. No breakfast or lunch will be served. We can't wait to have students back in our building!
Satanta Daycare is hiring a full-time daycare assistant. Responsibilities include caring for infants and children in a positive, nurturing manner; changing diapers; serving meals; preparing and giving bottles; light cleaning; and following all procedures and guidelines.
