Thank you to Centera Bank for sponsoring Save for America this year. On Friday, students who participated in banking throughout the year were recognized. All SGS students' names were entered into a drawing for the Millionaire for a Day. Mena Lucas was chosen. Her class will receive a pizza party!





Families are invited to the USD 507 All School Cookout on Thursday, May 11, at Satanta Grade School. Serving begins at 11 a.m. All K-12 students will eat at SGS.
Families can prepurchase tickets at SGS ($5 for adults, $3 for children). When you purchase your tickets, please let us know what time you plan to arrive to help us make plans for the day.
Junior high track athletes will be bussed to SGS at 11:20. All other 6-12 students will be bussed to SGS at 11:40. Families who want to eat with their junior high and high school students earlier than 11:40 can sign them out from the high school.


USD 507 will run mud routes tomorrow, Thursday, April 27.

The grade school music concert will be held tomorrow, April 25, at 10 a.m. in the Satanta High School auditorium. Please enter through the auditorium doors on Caddo Street. The doors will open at 9:45 a.m. The first few rows of seats in the auditorium will be reserved for SGS students. Looking foward to a great performance!

We’ve been busy growing corn! Kent Dunn was our guest speaker today for our 4th grade class. We enjoyed hearing about the growth process, stages, and kinds of corn. Each student also received a hat donated by Hatcher Farms. We appreciate Mr. Dunn for sharing his time and knowledge with us.







Since 2012, the community of Satanta has generously provided school supplies for every student in USD 507. Please continue supporting this project by making a donation to the Satanta PTO/FOKS (For Our Kids Sake).

KAY Club put on an Easter Egg hunt for our grade school students today! Great example of student-driven leadership and collaboration!










We did it! One thousand iReady lessons passed in two weeks, so we celebrated with a popcorn party! Way to go, Tribe members!



There will be no bus routes tomorrow (4-4) due to predicted winds. If you feel it is unsafe for you to transport your child to school, call the office so their absence can be excused.

Save the date for the Satanta Grade School Prom, April 16, 2 to 4 p.m. at the Satanta High School cafeteria. This is for all SGS students accompanied by an adult. Cookies and punch will be served.
