The "Newest Book" section at the Satanta High School Library is taking shape for the coming school year!
New fiction, fresh graphic novels, and high-impact nonfiction books totaling over $4,000 have been added.
Special thanks to the Western Kansas Community Foundation, the Cooper-Clark Foundation, and many individual book donors for helping us rejuvenate our library collection with grants and gifts.
We also appreciate the cataloging support that was provided by the Dudley Township Library.

We would like your feedback on summer learning in June! Whether your child participated or not, please complete this survey to help us plan for next year. https://forms.gle/zxpJRJXJFCRi8zrQA
As you may now, from 2021-2024, summer learning was paid for through federal Covid funds. Those funds are no longer available, so we experimented this summer to offer summer learning on a smaller budget. Please let us know what you think!

Deacon Hockett is spending the week at Dodge City Community College this week, with over 100 other band members, preparing for the 52nd annual Kansas Shrine Bowl!
Deacon is one of only 6 snare drum performers selected from the whole state to play in the Marching Band!
Since 1974, the Kansas Shrine Bowl has donated over $4 million to the Shriners Children's Hospitals which have a world-renowned healthcare system with hospitals, outpatient clinics, ambulatory care centers, and outreach locations across the globe.
Come and watch the East vs. the West this Saturday in Dodge City and look for Deacon who is 'marching to the beat of his drum'! It's also available to watch online if you can't make it to Dodge this weekend.

Due to unforseen circustances, the car wash that was scheduled for today has been moved to July 12.

USD 507 would like to thank Stephanie Anton for 16 years of service on the Board of Education. We appreciate your service and dedication to the district!
