SHS families, we need your help. This semester, we have had over $1000 worth of damages due to vandalism in the high school boys' bathroom. Please help our students understand the importance of respecting school property. When we have to spend money repairing property damaged by vandalism, there is less money available for other projects. Teachers and administrators have spoken with students about respecting property. Please help us emphasize this message at home as well. Thank you!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Patterson Family Foundation, the Satanta daycare playground will have turf installed next week. This project may affect pick-up and drop-off traffic--stay tuned for updates. Please help us keep children away from the construction zone.

Thank you to Southern Pioneer Electric for awarding the district $6000 towards our new grade school cafeteria floor.

Santa is in the SGS gym until noon today. Come see Santa and enjoy cookies, hot chocolate, and activities!

Our holiday concert is tonight at 7 p.m. Grade school students should report to the high school auditorium at 6:45. Students will sit with their teacher in the auditorium.
At the conclusion of the concert, students will be dismissed by class starting with kindergarten. We ask parents to remain in the auditorium until all students have been dismissed. Families and students are invited to stay for cookies and punch in the commons area, provided by Satanta FACS students.
We will have a site council meeting at 6:30 in the concessions area. Families are invited to learn more about what's going on in USD 507 and provide feedback.
