Thank you, Satanta KAY Club, for your donation to our school supply campaign!

We’ve been busy growing corn! Kent Dunn was our guest speaker today for our 4th grade class. We enjoyed hearing about the growth process, stages, and kinds of corn. Each student also received a hat donated by Hatcher Farms. We appreciate Mr. Dunn for sharing his time and knowledge with us.

Since 2012, the community of Satanta has generously provided school supplies for every student in USD 507. Please continue supporting this project by making a donation to the Satanta PTO/FOKS (For Our Kids Sake).

Things are growing at SGS!

KAY Club put on an Easter Egg hunt for our grade school students today! Great example of student-driven leadership and collaboration!

We did it! One thousand iReady lessons passed in two weeks, so we celebrated with a popcorn party! Way to go, Tribe members!

There will be no bus routes tomorrow (4-4) due to predicted winds. If you feel it is unsafe for you to transport your child to school, call the office so their absence can be excused.

Save the date for the Satanta Grade School Prom, April 16, 2 to 4 p.m. at the Satanta High School cafeteria. This is for all SGS students accompanied by an adult. Cookies and punch will be served.

Our kindergarteners are reading up a storm! Thank you, Mr. Randy, for stopping in to listen to them read!

"It smells like farmland in here," according to our 3rd graders, who are planting seeds, making observations, and experimenting with different types of soil in their science class. All of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students are growing plants this 9-weeks.

Thank you to the parents who attended the PAX parent training and the KAY and FCCLA members who provided childcare!
