Summer Grind 2026 for all students entering grades 6–12 for the 2026–2027 school year is quickly approaching, with a start date set for June 8th! PLEASE TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE TIMES AS SOME OF THE TIMES HAVE CHANGED FROM LAST YEAR.
There will once again be a Summer Grind t-shirt incentive for any student who attends and puts in the work for 25 days. We will also be introducing the White, Green, and Gold Clubs. During the final week of Summer Grind, we will complete max outs. Any interested high school students will max out on Bench, Squat, and Hang Clean, while junior high students will max out on Bench and Squat. The combined total of these lifts will determine each student’s club, and they will receive a t-shirt representing the level they earn.
Participation in max-out week is not required. This is an opportunity for any student who wants to showcase the work they’ve put in all summer and strive to earn a spot in one of the weight clubs.
