Congratulations to the SHS forensics team! Six students qualified for the state championship tournament, competing in a total of 14 events. Deacon advanced to the semifinal round, where he unofficially finished in 9th place. We are proud of these students and their coaches, Ryan Burrows and Janis Grover.

Happy National Principals Day!
Today we recognize and celebrate two incredible leaders in USD 507—Dr. Carpenter and Mrs. Burrows.
Dr. Carpenter, in his first year, has already made a strong impact with his drive, organization, and commitment to excellence. His leadership is setting a positive tone and moving his building forward in meaningful ways.
Mrs. Burrows continues to go above and beyond in her dual role as both principal and superintendent. Her dedication, steady leadership, and care for students, staff, and the entire district truly make a difference every day.
We are grateful for both of you and the leadership you bring to USD 507. Thank you for all that you do!

We’re excited to introduce the Satanta Junior Golf Camp this summer! This camp is designed for students entering grades 4–8 and is a great opportunity to learn the game of golf or continue developing skills in a fun and supportive environment. The camp will take place June 8–12 at Cimarron Valley Golf Course and will focus on fundamentals such as grip, stance, full swing, chipping, putting, and basic course etiquette. The cost is $50 per participant and includes a camp t-shirt and a sleeve of Satanta golf balls. The camp will be led by High School Golf Coach Gavin Tegeler and assisted by members of the Satanta High School golf team. Be sure to sign up using the QR code on the flyer.

Ms. Janet Enriquez, HPEC interrelated teacher at Satanta Junior-Senior High School, presented to the sixth grade social studies class on her home country, the Philippines, today. What I a great way to learn about culture and geography!
