We began the process of updating our track record board today starting with Cameron Ross, who holds the javelin record. She's off to Fort Hays State University soon, so we wanted to invite her back before she left to update the board! Best of luck, Cam!

Summer Grind 2026 has officially come to a close! This summer, 28 students attended five or more sessions, with 17 of those students participating in 10 or more sessions. We also had 13 students participate in our end of the year summer max outs to earn their place in a Strength Club. High school students maxed out on squat, bench, and hang clean, while junior high students maxed out on squat and bench. Students earned placement into either the 200 lb, 300 lb, 400 lb, 600 lb, 800 lb or 1,000 lb club based on their combined total. Thank you to all our students who showed up for their hard work and commitment this summer. We look forward to a great school year ahead!

We’ve made a slight adjustment to this year’s Summer Weights Max Outs & Strength Clubs. The max out schedule will remain the same, but the Strength Clubs are now universal for all students in grades 6–12. Any student in grades 6–12 can earn any Strength Club based on the combined total of their max lifts. We’re excited to see everyone compete for their spot!
